Jorge Lorenzo, nicknamed "Porfuera", is a Spanish motorcycle racer and the current MotoGP World Champion.
Born in Palma of Majorca on 4th May 1987, Jorge Lorenzo was predestined to be a rider.
He began racing in 1992 on minibikes and participated between 1993 and 1995 in the Balearic Islands’ minicross championship, winning the title of champion 3 times.
On 4th May 2002, on the day of his fifteenth birthday, Jorge raced for the first time in the 125cc world championship with the Derbi team, becoming the youngest rider in history of motorcycling and going on to achieve significant success.
From 2005, he began racing in the 250cc class with the Fortuna Honda team.
In 2006, as a part of the same team, he began racing on Aprilia bikes and won the first race of the championship on the Spanish Jerez circuit. He then went on to win the subsequent 7 races, gaining the 250cc world title and, at the age of 19, became the 2nd youngest rider to win the category.
2008 was the year of Jorge Lorenzo's debut in MotoGP with the Fiat Yamaha team. 2010 saw Jorge Lorenzo triumph in MotoGP, winning his first world title at the age of 23, beating his longstanding rivals Pedrosa and Rossi and obtaining the greatest number of points ever obtained in a season, 383 points.
The 2012 season witnessed Jorge's ultimate success, when he gained the world title for the second time. Lorenzo is the only Spanish motorcycle rider who has won the top class title twice.

Born in 1983, in Ceva in the province of Cuneo, Alessandro Barbero is one of the undisputed leaders of the European BMX Street scene, the two-wheeled free-style discipline which is comparable to board sports such as skateboarding and snowboarding. Alessandro began pedalling when he was very young, at the age of 3 years he was already able to ride a bike without stabilisers. At the age of 14 years, thanks to an X-Games video, he discovered his true passion: doing tricks on his bicycle. From that moment, Alessandro has never stopped pedalling: in 2003 he won the Italian Championship and 3 years later also began taking the podium in international competitions: 1st place in the Suzuki BMX Master in Cologne, 2nd in the Nokia FISE in Montpelier and 1st in the King of Paca in Marseilles. In 2007, he was elected Freestyler of the Year in Italy, he won the China X-Games, the T-Mobile contest in Berlin and won the "Best Trick" in Hit The Target.

Jesus was born in 1965, in Leon Fresno de La Vega, a small village in the north of Spain. Encouraged by his father, as a boy he immediately realised that his destiny was in the mountain. At the age of thirteen, he began his career by climbing in his homeland on the mountain of Leon; at twenty-one he visited the Himalayan peaks for the first time and it was love at first sight. From then on he decided to settle between Tibet and Nepal, where he offered his services as a guide for climbers who are unfamiliar with local peaks. With his initial earnings he was able to invest in his second passion, expeditions around the world. He has been rafting on the Zambezi river in Africa, one of the longest and most dangerous rivers of the continent, which is famous for its rapids and overhanging rocks, including the famous Victoria waterfall. In order to tackle these adventures, he decided to obtain a licence to pilot airplanes, so that he could explore the African continent alone, in search of unspoiled nature and unique locations. At the age of thirty-seven, Jesus Callega went back to his first passion: the mountains. In 2004, he successfully completed an ascent on an 8,000 m peak, the Cho Oyu, the 6th highest mountain in the world. In 2005, he crowned his dream to climb Everest, an undertaking which he is still very proud of today.

Jesus is among the few to have summited all the peaks of the “Seven Summits”, one of the most important achievements for mountaineers. The “Seven Summits” are the highest mountains of each of the seven continents. For over 4 years he leads with success in Spain the telecast Desafio Extremo, becoming a true classic in the panorama of programs dedicated to the challenges.
