PAIRING AND CONNECTIVITY

PAIRING - Why is my smartwatch not connecting to my smartphone?

The phone operating system may interrupt / close the APP activity in the background for some reasons (such as energy saving, system optimization, etc ...); if you don't use the SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO App on your phone for a long time this could happen. But the watch will automatically reconnect to your phone only after a few seconds of activating the app.

PAIRING - Why can't I pair the smartwatch with the App?

To correctly pair the smartwatch with the smartwatch APP, first make sure that BT is turned on on your smartphone. Then from the main menu of the APP >> Me >> Device >> select SECTOR S-03 PRO with the same BT MAC you find in the watch menu under Setting >> About item and wait until it connects. Once connected you will receive a notification asking you for authorization to pair your smartphone with the smartwatch, then click on PAIR. Then go to the BT section of your smartphone and you should see the SECTOR S-03 Pro device connected, if not, tap it to connect.

PAIRING - How do I unpair my smartwatch and mobile phone? Do I lose my data?

No, you won't loose data.

UPDATE - How do I know if the App and the watch FW are updated to the latest version?

To check if the App is updated to the latest version, you need to check the App Store for iOS devices and the Play Store for Android devices.You can double check it through the APP by following these steps: FW version: Me >> Device >> Firmware Upgrade >> a message saying "Already the latest version" will appear if there are no updates available. APP version: APP >> Me >> About

CONNECTIVITY - How far can my smartwatch be from my phone to stay connected?

The smartwatch can stay connected, obstacles-free, at least 10 meters and max 20 meters depending on the quality of your smartphone Bluetooth.

CONNECTIVITY - Why even if my smartwatch is connected to the mobile phone, when I receive a phone call, it does not notify me on the smartwatch?

The call / message notification is active only while the APP is authorized to obtain the related permissions from the CALL. It is required at the beginning of the first connection in the APP and you should choose ALLOW to authorize the APP to do so. Also make sure the call alert notification is active (APP >> Me >> Device >> Message Push >> Incoming call >> make sure the button's on)

CONNECTIVITY - Why does the smartwatch often disconnect?

The device need to be kept close to the smartphone in the BT active range and battery charged, if so it should not disconnect.

CONNECTIVITY - Why is my smartwatch not connecting to my smartphone?

Synchronization is instant while the APP is on.

CALLING - How can I allow the smartwatch to be able to make and/or receive calls?

Firstly make sure S-03 PRO watch is connected to your smartphone. Swipe down from the watch main watch face to Quick Setting page, touch on the "phone & BT" icon to enable BT 3.0 on. When it's on, it turns blue from gray color on the smartwatch. Go to Phone Settings >> Connections >> Bluetooth >> Paired devices, you should find the BT name SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL in the Paired BT list. If not, please touch it to pair with your Phone. To set up receiving call from the watch: SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO APP >> Me >> Device >> Message notification >> Incoming call, make sure it's on. To call out from the Phone book, go to SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO APP >> Me >> Device >> Sync contacts, to select your frequent contacts (max 20) >> Done; and you can see the contact list from the watch main menu >> then phone icon "Dial" >> Phone book. You can choose to call out from Phone book or dial the number directly.

CALLING - How can I deactivate the possibility of making the smartwatch able to make/receive calls?

You can deactivate the calling function by going into the SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO APP>> Me>> Device>> Notifications>> Turn off the calling notification function.

BATTERY, POWER AND CHARGING

OTHER - Why did my smartwatch turn off?

In order to turn on the smartwatch try a long push on the 3H button or put the watch onto the charger. Also make sure it is charged enough.

BATTERY - How long does my smartwatch battery last?

The smartwatch battery lasts approximately 7 days in stand-by mode, while around 3-5 days with a normal use and only 1-2 days with BT almost always connected and a high frequency of use on speaker and vibration. Generally the higher the brightness level on the smartwatch, the lower the battery lasting.

BATTERY - How do I know if my smartwatch is charging?

Charging animation will be shown while smartwatch is charging.

BATTERY - Why is my smartwatch not charging?

You shall check whether the two charging base metal pillars are correctly fit into the watch backside charge points or not.

BATTERY - How long does it take to charge my smartwatch?

Charging time will be around 2-3 hours.

BATTERY - How do I know if my smartwatch battery is low and I need to recharge it?

There's a battery icon on watch display which shows the battery level.

BATTERY - Why does my smartwatch not turn on?

Like smartphone, after a long time of no using, also the battery watch will loose power. It's normal and, after charging the watch, it will start running regularly.

RECHARGE - The watch charges to 100% after a while without using the functions, it discharges immediately.

The smartwatch battery lasts approximately 7 days in stand-by mode, while around 3-5 days with a normal use and only 1-2 days with BT almost always connected and a high frequency of use on speaker and vibration. If battery loose power too fast, please contact Morellato Sevice Center for help.

RECHARGE - I have charged the watch to 100% but once removed from the holder it does not turn on anymore.

You shall push 3H button to light up the screen. If the watch can not turn on, please contact Morellato Service Center for help.

RECHARGE - The watch only works when it is charging.

The watch actually doesn't work when charging, it only shows the charging animation.

STRAP AND ACCESSORIES

ACCESSORIES - What comes with my smartwatch?

You will get the smartwatch box and the related dock charger and of course the smartwatch.

ACCESSORIES - Can I buy a new charger?

You may try to ask your question to the SERVICE CENTER for further clarifications.

STRAP - Is it normal for the strap to open easily?

While the fix pin fits the strap hole properly, the strap should not easily open.

STRAP - Are there any replacement straps? Where can I buy them?

STRAP - Can I change the strap on my smartwatch by myself?

S-03 PRO is designed with "easy click" spring bar so you can easily change straps by yourself.

CONFIGURATION

UPDATE - I have trouble installing updates, or I get an error message while updating my watch. What should I do?

Normally you can stop the failure or stuck by long push on the button and restart the smart watch, then start the upgrade from APP again. Make sure the phone is charged enough has a good internet connection. If there is any further problem, please contact Morellato Service Center for assistance.

HEARTBEAT - Can I change the frequency with which the smartwatch detects the heartbeat?

No, currently cannot on S-03 PRO.

CONFIGURATION - How do I reset my smartwatch to factory default settings?

From the watch: Main watch face swipe up >> Settings >> Reset, or Main watch face swipe down >> Settting >> Reset

LANGUAGE - How do I change the language on my smartwatch?

Here are the following steps: From the watch: Main menu >> Settings >> Language >> turn "Auto sync" off and choose your language.

BRIGHTNESS - Can i change the brightness of my smartwatch?

MUSIC - How do I use the MUSIC function?

Firstly make sure S-03 PRO watch is connected to your smartphone. Swipe down from the watch main watch face to Quick Setting page, touch on the "phone & BT" icon to enable BT 3.0 on. When it's on, it turns from gray to blue color. Go to Phone Settings >> Connections >> Bluetooth >> Paired devices, you should find the BT name SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL in the Paired BT list. If not, please touch it to pair with your Phone. Open the music player on your phone and make sure it is connected to the internet. From the watch open MUSIC (main menu >> MUSIC). Now you can control your phone music player directly from your smartwatch.

NOTIFICATIONS - I only want to receive notifications from some Apps. How do I do it?

You shall enter the APP and follow this step: Me >> Device >> Message Push >> turn off the APP you don't want to receive notifications from.

NOTIFICATIONS - I am not receiving notifications. How can I do?

First of all make sure your smartphone is connected via BT and allowed to share notifications and details with the smartwatch. If the notifications still don't work, you need to log into the APP and follow this step: Me >> Device >> Message Push >> Check if you have activated the notification switch for the related APP.

STEPS - Can I change my daily step goal?

You shall enter the APP and follow this step: Me>> Goal >> Set the target

BLOOD PRESSURE - Can I change the frequency with which the smartwatch detects blood pressure?

No, currently cannot on S-03 PRO.

PROFILE - How are my personal data used?

We do not store your personal data in any way and are used exclusively to offer you a more personalized experience with the APP.

PROFILE - Why do I have to provide my birthday, height, weight and sex data?

This kind of data is not compulsory but it is only needed for a better calculation and management of your sports activity and for health monitoring.

PROFILE - How can I edit my profile?

You have to log in to the APP and follow this step: Me >> Click on top icon circle >> change the data you want.

SOFTWARE - Can I update my smartwatch software?

Normally you will automatically receive FW / UI updates, but you can check if the latest version is already installed directly from the APP (APP >> Me >> Device >> Firmware Upgrade >> if the latest version is already installed, a pop up message saying "Already the latest version".

TIME - How do I set the time on my smartwatch?

It is automatically synced with the phone time when it's connected. In case of any discrepancies, make sure the device is connected.

TOUCHSCREEN E DISPLAY

DISPLAY - The screen is no longer responding, how do I unlock my smartwatch?

We suggest to trying unpairing completely the BT from the phone and also reset the device (if screen is moving). Then keeping it fully charged and trying to connect again the device, you shall check if any firmware update is available from the APP.

DISPLAY - The screen has gone black. What can I do?

You shall put the watch on the charger to light it up or, if it has enough power, try to push 3H button to light it up or try a long push to turn it on.

DISPLAY - Can I change the look of the screen?

You can choose between 6 watch faces directly from the smartwatch: to do this, press and hold on the main page of the smartwatch and then scroll sideways to choose your favorite watch face. The 7th watch face position on your smart watch is for APP watch faces. you can download 6 more watch faces from SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO APP >> Me >> Device >> Watch face >> choose your favorite and Sync to the watch

DISPLAY - Why does my smartwatch vibrate when I get notifications?

The smartphone vibrates when it receives a notification and it is properly connected to the smartwatch. If you do not want to receive notifications from an app or more than one, you must enter the APP and follow these steps: Me >> Device >> Message Push >> from the list you can disable notifications from the APP from which you do not want to receive notifications. If you want to remove the all vibration on the watch we suggest turn it off from APP >> Me >> Device >> Shock >> Turn off >> Confirm.

DISPLAY - Can I remove the vibration?

TOUCHSCREEN - The touchscreen of my smartwatch no longer works. What can I do?

Like all smartphones, the screen of the S-03 PRO smartwatch does not work well if the display is wet, so keep the screen away from sweat or water. Also make sure that the device does not receive strong impacts that could damage it. If it's not a water issue, make sure the UI and firmware are up to date. if so, do a smartwatch data reset. You can also try UI Repair. If it still does not work, contact the Morellato Assistance Center for assistance.

APP - If I uninstall the app, do I lose all the data?

Yes.

APP - Can I send the recorded data on the App to other Apps?

No, You can't.

APP - Can I pair more than one device with the App at the same time?

No, S-03 PRO App supports only one phone with one watch per session.

HEARTBEAT - Why does it count at most 100 heartbeats?

The sensor requests a little bit tight contact to your skin to detect the Heart Rate and Blood Pressure. You can try to wear the watch tighter but be aware of not hurting your wrist.

HEARTBEAT - Why are the data different from my heart rate monitor that I use for sports?

The sensor is not a medical level or high performance apparel and it requests a little bit tight contact to your skin to detect the Heart Rate and Blood Pressure. You can try to wear the watch tighter but be aware of not hurting your wrist.

HEARTBEAT - Can I see my heartbeat history?

S-03 PRO has all time Heart Rate monitoring while you wear it. From the APP >> Status >> Heart Rate you can review your HR histories.

CAMERA - How do I use the smartwatch for remote shooting with my smartphone?

From the APP >> Me >> Device >> Camera your phone can enter the camera mode, then you can set up your smart phone for photographing as you wish, from the watch while you touch on screen the camera icon you can take a photo.

STOPWATCH - How does the STOPWATCH work?

As a normal stopwatch you may just start and pause / reset the total time counting on the display. In Stopwatch function Green "Play" for start, red "cross" for pause, gray "+" key for time counting, and max 20 records of time counting could be kept; And left grey "return" key for reset.

WATERPROOF - My smartwatch went out after it got splattered with water.

S-03 PRO is an IP67 device so it is waterproof in case of hand washing and strong jets of water. However, we recommend NOT to wear it in environments with a high concentration of steam or with the use of soap or detergents.

WATERPROOF - I washed my hands and the watch froze and it’s not responding to commands.

WEATHER FORECAST - Why is the weather not displayed?

Make sure your phone can access internet from mobile data and the BT is well connected: if that, watch will capture and display the weather automatically after connecting.

DO NOT DISTURB - How do I activate / deactivate do not disturb mode?

Here are the following steps; from the APP >> Me >> Device >> Do Not Disturb; from the smartwatch: swipe down from the smartwatch main page to get to the shortcut menu >> tap on the moon icon to activate the DO NOT DISTURB mode.

NOTIFICATIONS - I own an Android smartphone and I have problems in receiving notifications on the smartwatch.

To make sure you don't have trouble getting notifications on your Android device, you need to follow all these steps: 1) Open the APP make sure your S-03 PRO connected with your smart phone, Me >> Device >> Message Push >> turn on the buttons you would like to receive notifications from. 2) Phone Settings >> Apps >> SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO >> NOTIFICATIONS >> Activate SHOW NOTIFICATIONS. 3) Phone Settings >> Apps >> SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO >> PERMISSIONS >> Click on the functions you want to authorize and select ALLOW. 4) Phone Settings >> Apps >> SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO >> Battery >> allow background activities of the APP.

STEPS - My smartwatch does not record the distance traveled.

S-03 PRO is a GPS Build in watch. while you start outdoor activity after running AGPS function, your should have tracking on the map. You can review your tracking from the APP >> Status >> See More Sports >> choose the record with the GPS icon on.

STEPS - Why doesn't the pedometer work on my smartwatch?

Make sure the smartwatch is well connected to the APP and is correctly worn throughout the workout.

STEPS - Why is the App not updating the number of steps?

They will be synchronized immediately while the APP is on.

STEPS - Why is the number of steps shown on my smartwatch different from that shown in other APPs I use?

Every device can have a slight different ways to calculate steps due to different hardware. Try a wear the device properly to ensure the most accurate step calculation.

BLOOD PRESSURE - Can I see my blood pressure history?

Here the following steps: from the watch main menu: Settings >> Reset.

TELEPHONE BOOK - Why can't I see the address book?

To be able to view the address book on your smartwatch you must first synchronize your contacts: from the APP: Me >> Sync contacts >> Select the contacts you want to synchronize. Once the synchronization is complete you will see the contacts on the smartwatch address book.

SLEEP - How is sleep monitored?

While you are sleeping with wearing an S-03 PRO watch, it will monitor your heart beat / blood pressure and your movements during your sleep. Then it provides a sleep report through our algorithm.

SLEEP - How should I check the sleep record from the APP?

If you want to monitor your sleep, make sure you go sleeping with S-03 PRO watch wearing on your wrist. You can see the record from SLEEP tab in the APP on the following day.

SLEEP - Can i see my sleep history?

You shall enter the APP and follow this step: Status >> Sleep, it will be displayed the Sleep chart.

SHUTDOWN - Can i turn off my smartwach?

Yes, you can do this by long pressing the button or following these steps on the smartwatch: Settings >> Power off.

SHUTDOWN - Do I lose all data if I turn off my smartwatch?

No. Data will be kept and after a re-connection you can review them from your phone APP.

SHUTDOWN - If I turn off my smartwatch, does it disconnect from the mobile phone?

SPORT - How do I register a sporting activity?

Here are the following steps: from smartwatch: Sport >> select activity. Once the activity is finished you will be able to see the data relating to it in Status >> See More Sports tab in the MAIN section of the APP.

PHONE - Why is the speaker not working?

You shall scroll down from the main page of the smartwatch and check if the CALL CONNECTION icon is connected. ( if it"s on it should have a total blue color). If it's not on, click on the icon turn it in blue. At this point go to the BT section of your smartphone Setting page to search SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL and connect it. Once connected with SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL the smartwatch will be ready to use the speaker. Also make sure the volume is loud enough by checking it on your phone the volume keys.

PHONE - When I get a call I can't hear who's calling.

Make sure that SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL is connected and that the volume is loud enough by checking it from the phone. Go to the APP >> Device >> Message Push >> Incoming call , make sure the button's on. In the same section check the Do Not Disturb button, make sure it's off. Check also the APP permissions for SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO and make sure "call logs" and "phone" permissions are granted. Phone Settings >> Apps >> SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO>> Permissions, make sure the neccessary permissions are allowed. If all above points are setting correctly, on your S-03 Pro you shall receiving the incoming calls.

CALLING - When I get a phone call, the caller's voice comes out distorted

Make sure the watch is not too far from the phone or has any significant obstacles between. If nothing changes, check if the volume is too high and also make sure there is no water / dust / objects on the speaker port.

CALLING - Can I raise and lower the volume of the phone call?

Yes, you can adjust the volume both on the phone and the watch during the call.

CALLING - Is it normal for the communication to drop during a phone call?

From our tests results, if the connection is stable a call will not drop. A call could drop if the mobile network is unstable or you are too far from the smartphone, causing the BT connection to drop.

TIME - My smartwatch is reading the wrong time.

Time is synced from your smartphone, so make sure that the smartwatch is well connected with the BT. If time is still wrong, we suggest to reset the data of the device, manually disconnect from the BT and pair again.

TIME - Does my smartwatch show the time even when it is not connected?

Yes, it will show the time correctly even after unpairing but it won't do it if powerd off or out of battery.

PAIRING - How can I send the data from my smartwatch to my mobile phone?

You need to download SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO APP: you may download it from Google Play Store and App Store or with the QR code printed outside the watch box.

GPS - What is the AGPS Updrade function for? How does it work?

S-03 PRO watch has a GPS built in. AGPS Upgrade function allows the watch obtain more accurate longitude and latitude GPS data from your smart phone. You can have much more precise tracking on the map when you start an outdoor activity.

GPS - Does the AGPS automatically update even when the app is closed?

No. The AGPS update is not automatic, even if the app is open. When you open the app, it will request to update it. If not, you can still check if there are any updates available by going to Me>>Device>> AGPS Update.

GPS - What is the AGPS?

AGPS stands for Assisted GPS. It provides better coverage and improves the time required to establish a reliable connection.

GPS - How do I get an outdoor activity tracking map from my S-03 PRO? What should I do if the watch says "GPS searching failed"?

To have the most accurate GPS data make sure that AGPS is fully updated and start tracking the sport activity outside to have a better coverage. GPS singal usually is weak in house or in the corner between high buildings. Make sure to run AGPS on your phone APP in an open area, wait until the device finds GPS signal. After choosing a sport start positioning, after few seconds it will stop and "ready" will appear on the device watchface, then you can touch to start the activity.

ALARM - Can I set an alarm on my smartwatch?

Yes, you can set up to 5 alarms directly from the SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO APP: Me>> Device>> Alarm.

ALARM - How does the alarm work?

The alarm will automatically stop itself after vibrating 7 times. If you don't stop it yourself, it will set another alarm after 10 minutes, until you don't turn it off.

VOICE ASSISTANT - How does the voice assistant work?

For both IOS and Android: go to voice assistant on your smartwatch>> touch the screen (Voice Assistant) >> make voice command. To use this functionality, make sure the phone is paired with BT connection name SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL.
